There is no tip credit (where restaurant workers make like $2.75/hr with tips making up the difference to bring them to minimum wage) in WA state, so any tips are just icing on an already generous cake in Seattle. Servercels BTFO eternally.

They make either $15 or $17 per hour. I haven't seen any exceptions from Seattle's website about its MW law.

That’s what I said. They are already making sometimes $22+/hr (dependent on the restaurant), plus whatever tips they’re taking from the pool.
In Idaho for example, servers make $3.90/hr before tips, so this isn’t even a case of “our tips have been taken from us and we’re now below minimum wage”.
