Front of house people have the easiest jobs and get paid a stupid amount of money for it smh they should be lucky they can pay for an apartment without a college degree.

I found out recently that a close friend (before you say anything he’s Asian/Mexican, not Black) just flat out doesn’t tip because he knows the back of house people work harder
