I would do anything for that. Her brother passed away in february this year, they were littermates. Got em from the shelter when they were puppies. Its been hard not having him around but I love her so much it makes it easier to cope

Yeah man mine is 14 like the OP and she's lost her personality. She just kinda exists now. I think she might have a bit of dementia. It's so sad and idk if I should just euthanize her now or wait until she's bad. :(

One of mine had pretty severe dementia but she still seemed happy. She would walk in circles a lot but it didn't cause any issues. If they don't seem unhappy the only question is whether or not you want it.

shes still in pretty good health all things considered and still loves life. her back legs are getting a lil stiff and shes developing cataracts but shes outside every night hunting possums and can still bag em so im not too worried

You're really lucky. Mine is 14 and about 2 months ago just lost all her personality, so I think she has dementia. The vet told me they will just wander around aimlessly when they get dementia, and she does that some days. She used to be a yappy thing but she just kinda exists now. Makes me sad. It happens so darn quick because 6 months for a dog is a lot. Just 2 months ago she was a different dog.
Give her a ton of extra attention cuz she deserves it!
