>Hey yβall. Been a minimalist for about two years now, and really enjoy it. Iβve done several item purges, and enjoyed what I do have.
>Hereβs where Iβm struggling.
>still canβt seem to shake the desire to want a new laptop, iPad, Apple Watch, I always fall into the shiny new technologist trap that I know would make my life more complicated.

Got this new young brotha working for me, hungry dude, really motivated, very engaged, but I'm starting to think he might be some coon redditor.
He is obsessed over his fricking pen, at first I was like yeah man that's a cool pen. Then he said just write with it and you'll see, I wrote with it and I didn't see a difference.
Everybody that he was telling about his pen was lying to him about it, because I used it and it was just like a normal pen.
I told him that and he got real offended, kinda had a minor spergout defending the pen. I don't think it's a fountain pen, just a regular ball point.
I try to keep my EQ in check when dealing with young guys, but I'm not gonna lie to a neighbor bout a pen.
