As someone here once famously said: Food will never taste as good as how feeling slim feels.

At my worst, I was at 83kg. My shirts now fit me when before they didn't! Just by fasting 3 days each week for a month, I've gone from 73kg to approx 68kg, well within healthy range. AMA if you wish.

Good work losing weight!

Fat people are so full of shit though lol, I was already a healthy weight and lost 2kg in 2 weeks just by intermittent fasting. I think where a lot of people get caught up is tracking daily calories, while weekly or monthly trends are much more important. It makes it much easier to indulge once a week without having to call it a cheat day or whatever either
