I was always skeptical about these all in one nutrition powders, that is until I ended up with heart failure and angina / irregular heartbeat all day.
I was feeling so close to death, like every hour I was sure I was going to have a heart attack or a stroke, and had to keep massaging the pain and irritation in my chest.
I got two bags of Bulk 1 powder in Vanilla and Chocolate flavours, all healthy ingredients, only 2.6g sugar per 400 calorie shake, and then some vanilla or cocoa powder. They taste like digestive biscuits, just slightly sweet from the sucralose.
Ive had just two normal meals and two chocolates in 5 days, down from like 6 chocolates and takeaways daily. My heart has already stopped wanting to jump out of my body and vastly less pain and irregular heartbeats.
My weight is at 85 kg t 5'9, most its ever been is 93 kg. Thats not even anything close to all these cretins eating 5000+ calories a day yet I already destroyed my heart.
Losing both the fat and cholesterol should fix it.

Got bored while playing BG3, and I saw that Mass Effect Legendary Edition was on sale for $5. It's honestly insane how good games could be before foids infested everything with their unrelenting mediocrity.
