It's possible. The idea that Israel won't send weapons to Muslims is HoI neurodivergent fantasy. After all they sent massive weapons shipments to Iran in the 1980s.
But let's not go crazy. ISIS has an obvious motive here. And if they didn't do it they have a lot to gain by blaming Israel.
