Assuming leaving Southern Gaza isn't some big brain move, as Netanyahu seems to cope, this basically proves that international pressure will successfully prevent Israel from solving anything with kid gloves on. This means that unless this problem is resolved swiftly and permanently, Israel is going to eventually be cucked by the West into dying by a thousand cuts with an inevitable ensuing genocide. I think the Israeli establishment and population are going to realize too that this ends with, at best, mass expulsions one way or another. Either way it's fricked but I obviously hope we're not the ones it happens to.
Seriouspost over, Netanyahu is a traitor and deserves (Mossad, please note that this is not a call to action, just what he deserves) to be Rabin'd for the 250 soldiers' lives he wasted.

You're just starting to realize now that Netanyahu has always been on a course that would lead Israel into becoming a third world shithole? He's been doing the same fricking thing for 30 years:
Ruin any attempt at lasting peace.
Make sure Israel and Palestine are intertwined and can never be separated.
Destroy the US-Israel alliance and replace it with a Republican-Likud alliance.
Keep up a constant low level of violence with Lebanon and Iran but never try to win.
He's your typical politician. He's Mr. Security so his entire life has been devoted to making sure Israel always security problems.
Jewish Americans have been warning you r-slurs about this the whole time and somehow me, some random goy with no skin in the game, cared more about your people than you do.

This is 85% rslurred. We've all always been aware he is a slimey careerist who ruined relations with the Democrats. (But the rslurred activists were always going to eventually force the most insane positions on every issue anyways.)
Aside from refusing to deal with the Haredim, like literally everyone else, not really. He's presided over a very long liberalization of Israel's society and economy.
He was entirely reasonable in his first term and since his second term he has never had anyone remotely plausible to negotiate a lasting peace with.
Follows from the previous.
He has done nothing but kitty out with Lebanon and Iran. He's done the absolute minimum short of "let them freely launch missiles into Israel cities" and even less than that at many times.

Let's be fair, while expansion of settlements is a good thing if you're a rabid Zionist (and that's a good thing) it's definitely not a good thing if you want to actually achieve peace at some point.
