The fall of European demographic suoremacy over the course of the 20th century (combined with a rising America still intent on dismembering the old colonial powers) would probably still spell doom for the British Empire.
Considering the entire Zionist project was effectively a colonial effort founded on the idea that Jews would start with and maintain a majority over Arabs, it'd probably flounder once it became clear that wasn't possible.
