Personally, I'm of the opinion that there are actually far fewer actual "incest fans" than "incest porn", because it's a fetish that they can check the box to with a sentence in the scene description and a couple lines during the shoot. Much easier than having to get a costume or props or anything. They probably don't have to pay the "talent" any extra either.

I always figured it had to do with it being the safest and easiest to emulate of the taboo s*x fantasies as in take out the being related part and it's just consensual s*x between adults. So it's highly accessible and incest roleplay gets posted on mainstream porn sites. Can't really do something like bestiality roleplay in the same way.
