I'd actually recommend a physical copy if affordable, just because it's easier to see the intended effect on the page than with the varying colors of a screen.
I don't think I am ready to seriously study colors yet. I have had some eureka moments lately about the structure of the human face, so I want to explore that a bit more, maybe work my way through Andrew Loomis - Drawing the Head and Hands.

i cant really speak because yknow but i think youre "supposed" to master values before getting into colors.
