How do you make this? Using GIMP? Paint? Canvas and actual paint?
Honestly at first I thought they are 3d renders with a filter because of how the characters look. They remind me of mid 2010's games.

Procreate for iPad. Yes I thought they looked a bit like Sims, which is not ideal but it's more about practice than anything
