Recognizably good progress with the before and after! Definitely not a bad result for only a few months
For noses specifically you do probably have to get into the shading side of things before you'll see more results there. From a line work perspective, noses are usually, like, the nostrils and maybe a small curve in ink and the rest in gradient / shading
