If someone circumvents a block to effectuate continued unwanted interaction with the blocker, that is a boundary violation, and circumventing a technological access control — period

Everyone who said "you can just block them" needs to sit down because bsky team have just said blocks don't actually matter and they are just a suggestion in the UI, not a rule to stop interacting with the person who has blocked you.

There doesn't have to be any tests applied, "Was this speech targeting an individual? A group? Was it abusive? Does it constitute an invitation to treat commercially? Is it a threat of imminent violence?" NONE. None of these kind of Qs have to be asked.

The act itself is sufficient violation.

Sort of. There may be reasons to look at the posts of someone who has blocked a moderation service, in order to avoid the problem of people blocking all the modlist and labeller operators and then screaming block evasion. Or to gather evidence for a report. But certainly not to screenshot dunk.
