Like he files the notice, Bluesky tells you, you say "nup, not an infringement, fair use" and they go cool. Tell him you said so and then it's up to him to sue.
He's just wasting a lot of time and Streisand'ing himself.

It's fascinating to watch how it gets abused. The one time someone falsely filed a DMCA on one of my online works (a Reddit post consisting of my short title & an uncopyrightable link), the contact they used was something like I.P. Freely, 100 Main Street, Geauxfahk Yearsail, FL

Yuuuup. There's a reason DW is so aggressive about 512(f) filtering and has been for years. (And I'm grateful to Lenz for the case law that not only says sites should be doing that, the failure to do it can make them liable!)
