Please name which accounts are not far right. Please be specific so I can look or give rational
猫好きな人 (@valoisdubins.bsky.social):
Whoever you're replying to is blocked for me to see.
I had a quick browse of your far right accounts list, and this one doesn't appear to be far right.

(I haven't examined any others too closely, and only noticed because she follows me)
Adrienne (@adrienneleigh.bsky.social):
@rahaeli.bsky.social also has that account on her SPA/reply-troll list; pretty sure it's a solid ID.
Karl (sad trombone noise enthusiast) (@brainnotonyet.bsky.social):
It's a solid id.
猫好きな人 (@valoisdubins.bsky.social):
What's the evidence?
I genuinely cannot find anything far right on her timeline.
rahaeli (@rahaeli.bsky.social):
The criteria for SPA Reply Troll is 5 or more substantially similar antagonistic responses in 2 or more unrelated threads to unconnected people (ie not followers) within the last 24 hours or last 20 replies at the time I viewed the account.
猫好きな人 (@valoisdubins.bsky.social):
I can see now from other blocklists that the issue is suspected inauthentic engagement.
I would humbly ask that such accounts be put in lists with that designation. That helps me when checking if the list is legit. As a list user, I think "far right" should be accounts posting far right material.
rahaeli (@rahaeli.bsky.social):
Having actually gone and looked at the account from my cleanroom account -- dude, that's a blatant far right psyop ChatGPT arguebot. I don't list based on content, but if I did keep a political opinion sorting list, it would absolutely be on it.
Karl (sad trombone noise enthusiast) (@brainnotonyet.bsky.social):
Like this is just… really simple stuff. People really don't understand how this works with the far right and why the labeling is correct Ben acted having it explained. I really don't understand
rahaeli (@rahaeli.bsky.social):
Like, I am hesitant to use arguments from authority, but if you, me, @caseyho.com and @skywitches.net all independently flag an account as an inauthentic far right arguebot...
Karl (sad trombone noise enthusiast) (@brainnotonyet.bsky.social):
That's my general feeling. I am all about seeing the number of independent positive confirmations
Ms. Penny Oaken, SkyWitch (@skywitches.net):
DM me the account name & I'll check (again?)
rahaeli (@rahaeli.bsky.social):
You've got it listed already! Someone was questioning the inclusion of bsky.app/profile/iaml...
Ms. Penny Oaken, SkyWitch (@skywitches.net):
It's practically a textbook example 😂
rahaeli (@rahaeli.bsky.social):
Yeah. This person doesn't understand that professionals with experience can look at an account and see the dogwhistles pushing the far right agenda even if it doesn't actually use the icky words people recognize

The issue isn't whether or not the account is problematic.
I fully accept that it is.
My problem is having it on a list that has only "far right" as a description. That misled me as to what to look for to check if the list in general is good. (I picked this account because it followed me.)
Ms. Penny Oaken, SkyWitch (@skywitches.net):
The reason it's classed as Far Right on that particular list is because the class of ArgueBots (like it) were deployed to advance a far right political tactic of destroying public participation and trust in political institutions, and discussion as a political tool. To poison the public square.
猫好きな人 (@valoisdubins.bsky.social):
Then add a sentence about that.
I don't get the resistance to the suggestion that clearer labelling helps users understand what's going on.
Ms. Penny Oaken, SkyWitch (@skywitches.net):
I don't run that list, so I can't speak to why it doesn't have that listed, but I do know that it's difficult for me to publish and organise addenda, descriptions, and etc for my own lists. This site lacks personal wikis & I'm not $$ enough to run a full labeller

Are you, like, at all familiar with Australian far right politics?
猫好きな人 (@valoisdubins.bsky.social):
To a certain extent, but I can't see blatant support for the Australian far right. Genuinely.
I accept it's up to no good, but all I'm suggesting is making it easier for users to understand what's been picked up on.
It's on people's lists for behaviour, not content.
Ms. Penny Oaken, SkyWitch (@skywitches.net):
There's another challenge in this case, because "weaponised automated union-buster-ish aibots embodying the firehose of falsehood" is a relatively recent phenomenon, which challenges categorisation.

Ms. Penny Oaken, SkyWitch (@skywitches.net):
The far right uses hostility, toxicity, & divisiveness under a wide swath of "flags" in order to prompt people to walk away from cooperation & regular government
猫好きな人 (@valoisdubins.bsky.social):
Yes. I know.
This is a really weird conversation.
We all know they use underhand tactics.
I think it would be a good idea if we can help each other understand what's going on with bad accounts.
For some reason I'm being told I'm wrong in this that I cannot fathom.
Ms. Penny Oaken, SkyWitch (@skywitches.net):
You're not wrong. More transparency is better. Blocklist maintainers tend to skip over more transparency as an economic consideration - will more data improve efficiency or adoption?
I argue it's important for trustability at scale & long term
