Quick question, what do you imagine the "Indo-" prefix in "Indo-European" stands for? Here's a hint: India should be dark-green on this map for a start. Second question: What on earth are you talking about? There is no such historical grouping as an "Indo-European people."

Hence, the name of the state is most probably Turkic > bulga-: to mix. Das Volk was Slavic but the founders not (like Russia). They were Turkic. About Croatians we know not much and we could say TURKIC Kubrat Khan could be the root of Croat.
