I mean its simple maths really, she was harassed to point of sucide, whether is was about s*x tapes or something else. There is only one or two exemtions I can think of,, the guy had s*x "on pretext" of marriage and then reneged etc but I have by doubts on these possibilities

Its abetment to suicide like I said its an r-slured law they use to harass husbands, boyfriends any close scrote whenever a foid sudokus. BF might still get away in most cases, if your wife sudokus without a clear letter saying you weren't responsible and your in laws are schizo(typical) your life will be turned into heck over this law.
