Got a good friend who couldn't get a job with his marine biology masters so he just fricked off to Oz to work on a mining survey team in the outback. Built up a massive stack of cash since you literally cannot spend it when most of your year is spend in the outback. Apparantly its also easy to pull aussie lasses as an englishman as they all think you're 10 years younger as your skin hasn't been r*ped by the sun your entire life.

Depends on the labour, people with really good qualifications or the right experience go to the states, the middle class who can't get a US visa go to Australia, the upwardly mobile working class (Deanos) go to the Arab Gulf states and a few dregs trickle through to Singapore.
