Nah. At 7ft your body is starting to have issues. 6-6'1 is optimal. Men shorter then 6 feet are more prone to heart attacks. And tallcrls are also more prone to heart issues.
Height will gravitate upwards. But somewhere between 6 and 7 there is sweet spot for humans
