Just start going to some local bars with the intention of just shooting the shit with other bros at the bar and watching live music or the game on TV. Become a local, that a lot of other bar goers get to know, and you'll become better known.
Women can smell a desperate man at the bar that's just looking gussy and they're usually repulsed.
But if you're just one of the locals there to have a fun/relaxing time, they'll be more open to you.
