I leave you with this INSANE kicker
"Mr. Quintero said he pursued Ms. Babai because he believed in making choices to find love: "It doesn't just happen.""

The great gatsby was not meant to be an endearing tale! Yikes. 😬

I always assumed the Times nuptials section was aimed at people like me to hate-read and hate-share.
Like, no way would they share the love story of two nonwhite non-Ivy League grads without the stalker element.

This is not a meet-cute, this is scary. Rich people are weird.
Yes, this is a Bluesky writeup, and yes, most of these people don't want you chuds to see their posts.

Yes, and like religionstrags they go because it gives their lives a narrative where they overcome the wrongs wrought by others.

Tried therapy. Within one session realized the foid was just going to make me tell myself what to do and to start doing it. Which is what a parent already does. Dropped out realizing I would be better off figuring it out by myself and should be able to as long as I can cut off all other connections long enough to fully recover. Successfully started improving but the foids in my life who knew started reeing about how I needed a therapist because I have been messed up for years.
I would have actually believed them and gone ahead with it but then the foid made the vital mistake of saying I was clearly doing better earlier and was doing worse now so I needed the therapist but far as I could tell I was actually doing far better than a month ago even now and the only thing that changed was that I told the foid I had stopped going to the therapist and was complaining to her about a frustration that day.
Women are unironically so bad at emotional labor ( Listening to somebody else have a bad day ) that their first and only solution is to tell you to go get a therapist.
It is also how I for the first time observed in built narratives in people. The moment foid conflates therapy = good now any man who is not in therapy is going to be seen as doing bad because now she has a therapy will save you bias.
This is why first impressions matter. The average normie will put you in a box and then have all their opinions be biased towards that box until and unless you change completely to the point that it is impossible to put you into that box again.
And I reiterate again, foids today are so shit at emotional labor that the average dramanaut is a better listener that the average foid.

Well this person must really know a lot about life, let's see what I can learn from her. 100,000 karma in 1 year... huh. Get to page two of her comments and already:
I wonder why she enjoys being catty about other women's weddings so much?
