Everyone, plus Brazil itself is a military hardware and weapons manufacturer.

The Brazilian army uses M60 tanks from burgerland and Leopard tanks from Germany, the Air Force main fighter is the Saab Gripen but they got a full tech transfer which means the Brazilian gripens are being produced in Brazil (the first ones were imported but the Brazilian factory was recently finished and started operations), Embraer, a Brazilian company, produces helicopters and transport aircraft, drones are bought from Israel, submarines like the Riachuelo class are derived from the French Scorpene class but they're produced in Brazil too thanks to tech transfer deals.
