heh I don't have a wok tho, I just use a strangely nice and large steel pan with a very thick base (strange because I got it like 15 years ago at a discount store for $25, but it remains a simply excellent pan).
tbh with the quantities I make (I try to make multiple days at once, I'm lazy), I'd need a very large wok to get the chicken cooked properly.
