The account is seven years old and only started posting a week ago, which usually indicates an old account which has been bought and repurposed by scammers, but this really feels like it's the genuine account of an actual person, as indicated by the pages of manic, unbalanced comments made in the past couple of hours. And some of xer posts have been very successful, e.g. the first post ever with the transition before/after photos somehow managed to get 63k upmarseys. Is this a mentally unstable neurodivergent person who somehow also knows how to efficiently buy upmarseys? It's an odd combination of attributes.
