As if cartels already aren't violent, warlike criminals. They hold their country hostage and the only solution is extrajudicial killings and the declaration of marital law in Mexico as the United States bombs every drug field and plantation in southern countries and air strikes every possible location with cartel leaders and members

That's the point dummy. And today they mostly kill Mexicans on Mexican soil. Not that they aren't already a problem for us, but if you annexed Mexico then they become exclusively our problem and they'd be killing burgers on ground beef.
