It's pretty interesting. Basically:
In 2021, construction crews in Exeter dug up an undetonated 1,000 kg (2,200 lb) German bomb from the Second World War. The bomb couldn't be defused, and so had to be detonated on-site.
Despite extensive efforts to limit the damage, many buildings were badly damaged in the city. Insurance companies didn't pay out due to typical policy exclusions for warfare. The British government refused to pay as well, so the property owners got screwed and had to fund their own repairs.

Did Felton manage to get through this video without seething about how Americans are somehow responsible?

He comes out absolutely frothing at the mouth sometimes. Like anything in WW2 in the Pacific, it's always some anglophobe conspiracy by Stilwell and King, it's not British incompetence. (Or as Stillwell and King would correctly tell you, Churchill intentionally sabotaging the war effort so Britain is in a better position postwar.
