I mean there was a lot of leaders in industry back then that were incredibly supportive and contributive to the Nazis like Henry Ford and Prescott Bush(father/grandfather of the Bush presidents). Also Dulles purposefully recruited a bunch of nazis to work for CIA. Hoover did the same with the FBI

Yeah but they think their ideologies "permeated" the orgs in a vague sense. As if an ideology propogates by natural force and not a series of choices people make. And I don't see much evidence for those people being present.
The real conspiracy is how Mormon the 3 letter agencies have become.

It's not that big of a conspiracy. They don't do drugs, are hard to honey trap, are forced to go to different parts of the world and learn new languages, will be ostracized and hated by their community for being different and are thus easily regimented and obedient, are PVTRIVTS
that have been in the country for 200+ years, and have a culture that focuses on grindmaxxing and education. Love them or hate them, they represent 
excellence.
