Okay you 25+ BMI fatties, get in here and tell us what YOU'RE doing to achieve human form. I'm now officially the weight of the Beast - 66.6 kg (10 and a half stone) and under 20 BMI!! Exercising now too!

It's been two months when I last spoke about my dietry plan of three day fasts - what I consider perhaps the easiest way to lose weight quickly.

Yes it's a bit painful, BUT SO WORTH IT. There's no point in insulting other fatties elsewhere on the web if you can't see the fleck in your own eye.

I haven't just been a fad "get quick rich" dieter either. The weight I lost two-three months ago, has STAYED lost. In fact I'm lighter than ever, around 16kg (or 2.5 stone) lost since my heaviest, and 6.4kg (1 stone) lighter than when I started the 3 day fasts.

To make myself more human, ironically I am now the weight of the Beast - 66.6kg :marseychinesedevil:

I can now breathe easier, run up the stairs much easier, put my socks on without having to sit down, perform activity sports such as skiing with less chance of injury and more energy, and my shirts actually fit me now! And between the three day fasts, I still occasionally (even often!) gorge on my favourite foods, crisps, chocolate, yes even McDonalds which I love. You just need the willpower in between.

I have now added exercise to my lifestyle too. Bike for cardio, and arm/leg lifts.

Bodybuilders gain 30 pounds in the off-season (bulk) so that they can lose 29 pounds of fat (cut) and keep 1 of muscle.

If you want to gain weight, set your nutrient calorie intake to this:

50% carbs, 25% protein, 25% fat

If you want to lose weight, set your nutrient calorie intake to this:

5% carbs, 50% fat, 45% protein

Your new favorite foods are chocolate protein powder, string cheese, peanut butter, and eggs. You can even buy Orowheat Keto bread and make PB toast.

Make two protein shakes for breakfast, add a touch of salt. That's two scoops each, so 480 calories and nearly 100 grams of protein. After you do this a couple days you won't find yourself getting hungry until 3:00-4:00 pm. Eat a big scoop of PB, which you keep cold in the fridge so it's more like ice cream.

And join a gym. Don't do cardio. Go do weights. Don't even worry about going heavy. Download the 5x5 stronglifts app, and use the corresponding machines for the exercises. If you want to switch to free weights later, okay. But just use the machines and get your muscles moving and worked.

You can eat healthy and work out for super cheap.
