Okay you 25+ BMI fatties, get in here and tell us what YOU'RE doing to achieve human form. I'm now officially the weight of the Beast - 66.6 kg (10 and a half stone) and under 20 BMI!! Exercising now too!

It's been two months when I last spoke about my dietry plan of three day fasts - what I consider perhaps the easiest way to lose weight quickly.

Yes it's a bit painful, BUT SO WORTH IT. There's no point in insulting other fatties elsewhere on the web if you can't see the fleck in your own eye.

I haven't just been a fad "get quick rich" dieter either. The weight I lost two-three months ago, has STAYED lost. In fact I'm lighter than ever, around 16kg (or 2.5 stone) lost since my heaviest, and 6.4kg (1 stone) lighter than when I started the 3 day fasts.

To make myself more human, ironically I am now the weight of the Beast - 66.6kg :marseychinesedevil:

I can now breathe easier, run up the stairs much easier, put my socks on without having to sit down, perform activity sports such as skiing with less chance of injury and more energy, and my shirts actually fit me now! And between the three day fasts, I still occasionally (even often!) gorge on my favourite foods, crisps, chocolate, yes even McDonalds which I love. You just need the willpower in between.

I have now added exercise to my lifestyle too. Bike for cardio, and arm/leg lifts.

I just dropped sugar. You literally cannot get fat with zero sugar in your diet unless every single fricking thing in your diet is fried food.

it is to the degree that you lose 250-300 grams every day, don't need to starve, and generally a stable weight loss while consuming decent natural foods leads to less likelihood of those hanging skin pouches in the end.

I don't think your way is more effective at losing weight than 3-day fasting, but cutting sugar out just may help you feel better overall.

I don't think I'd want to completely give up chocolate, icecream and other sweet stuff though.

It's only given up till I hit a normal BMI. So more like 2-4 months max. Let's assume at my lowest I lost 250 grams a day, thats 7.5kg a month. 15kg in 2 months. 22.5 kg in 3 months. That works for me.

You gotta want something in life more than chocolate, icecream and other sweet stuff.

Your skeletal muscles hold 400 grams of glycogen, and your liver holds another 100. And you also need to entrain those sugar chains in 10x the mass of water. Your brain eats 100g of sugar a day.

Once you cut your carb intake for 4-5 days, your brain will have no more sugar to eat, you'll feel r-slurred for about 2 hours, and then you'll piss out the remaining water as fast as you can. Your body will then start raping fat stores to turn it into ketones which your brain will start eating instead. It will also go after muscle, so eat tons of protein and work out.

idk man, depends on your activity level too. You lose a pound of weight for every 3000 calories in deficit. So if you skip 2000 calories x3 days, that's 6000 calories, 2 lbs.

I suppose that's a great way to shrink your stomach and overall suppress your appetite. I just wouldn't find it enjoyable compared to a 1500 daily calorie budget.

And make your skin tallowy and give you dark circles after months. Sure, kerosis is good for losing weight, but you should at least interrupt it once in a while to stay healthy, honestly. Maybe a few weeks on, 1 week off.

Should be way harder. Remember fast food has tons of carbs anyway. Fats get fat 99% of the time on cakes, pies, cookies. Honestly not really even ice cream because it’s overly-filling (and causes digestive issues in most people, especially fats).

I'm enjoying taking up more than my fair share of space and eating more than I strictly need. I can still run up an escalator which is feat beyond most of you shut in, chain-smoking, skinnyfat thincells and still be ready to easily soak up radiation and go without food in coming nuclear winter.

Can we participate even if less than 25 BMI? Currently 5'2" and 102.4 pounds. Trying to get back down to 97. Right now just not eating breakfast or lunch, solely dinner. I don't like soda so I can't cut it out since it isn't there in the first place. Weight loss for me takes maybe a week to lose a pound, water weight is a b-word.

You don't even need to fast, just :marseyblops2chadcel2: eat potatoes. You wouldn't be able to gain weight even if you ate 5lbs per day.

You can make :marseyyarn: mashed potatoes really easily. Put a bunch of MSG, table salt, powdered garlic and onion, and paprika in there :marseycheerup: and it tastes amazing.

If you're looking for something a bit crunchier, cut them in pieces and bake them in a convection oven.

Bodybuilders gain 30 pounds in the off-season (bulk) so that they can lose 29 pounds of fat (cut) and keep 1 of muscle.

If you want to gain weight, set your nutrient calorie intake to this:

50% carbs, 25% protein, 25% fat

If you want to lose weight, set your nutrient calorie intake to this:

5% carbs, 50% fat, 45% protein

Your new favorite foods are chocolate protein powder, string cheese, peanut butter, and eggs. You can even buy Orowheat Keto bread and make PB toast.

Make two protein shakes for breakfast, add a touch of salt. That's two scoops each, so 480 calories and nearly 100 grams of protein. After you do this a couple days you won't find yourself getting hungry until 3:00-4:00 pm. Eat a big scoop of PB, which you keep cold in the fridge so it's more like ice cream.

And join a gym. Don't do cardio. Go do weights. Don't even worry about going heavy. Download the 5x5 stronglifts app, and use the corresponding machines for the exercises. If you want to switch to free weights later, okay. But just use the machines and get your muscles moving and worked.

I am 24bmi on normal bmi (22bmi on height adjusted bmi https://tall.life/better-bmi-for-short-and-tall-people/ ) I generally look quite skinny even for europoorian and have visible six pack but the weight is quite high because of my superior black bones that are more dense than mayo one 💅🏽
