They have a really good allegory here where they say if the aquarium is dirty you clean the aquarium you don't drug the fish

He goes on to say things like we have massive subsidies for unhealthy food and 10 billion dollars a year goes from the federal treasury to soda companies through the food stamp program

People pretend Americans :marseyamericanpearlclutch: are starving. Food stamps have doubled since 2020. Attacking those will take time.

Also imagine it's a drug that makes you ingest less of the poison :marseygas: in the environment

If it's cheaper to do that ATM while building up political :marseywatermelon: capital to fight :marseykrazykarate: government welfare :marseyantiwork2: then do it. Cost effectiveness and considering things from an economics perspective is lost on the over socialized

If they made food stamps only usable as the same list of goods as WIC you just know they'd use it all on sugary cereal or sell it at a discount for cash

That is indeed a very common problem that people do sell what is meant for food for drugs. The real trick would be to try to make it non-transferable and connected to state issued ID. But Republicans are paranoid freaks and will never institute the thing that would fix both voting and welfare fraud while the same time doing all these unnecessary things to try to fix them

how about we stop giving poors money at all and stop the government from tracking us everywhere we go and everything we do :marseypleading:

no welfare no welfare fraud

no welfare no mass migration (those that do still come have to contribute)

no mass migration less voter fraud concern

no mass migration no housing crisis

no mass migration higher wages, lower crime, social cohesion etc etc

talk about one thing that would fix issues that everyone is too :marseyretard3: to implement
