I had to put the book down a couple of times because it was just so obvious and yet I could see how me and everyone around me was constantly blaming ourselves. The tone of the book itself isn't aggressive, but boy it made me want to punch something like "FRICK I'VE WASTED SO MUCH TIME ON THIS STUPID BULLSHIT" 😂
