Gooning is the opposite of exercise. There's no cardio to speak of, you barely move most of your body (which can lead to blood clots and muscle cramps), plus you're in a state of constant hypertension from the excitement.
Don't get me wrong, gooning is great, but it sure as heck ain't exercise.... Half of gooners will probably die of a heart attack mid goon.
