>IIRC, one of the daily workouts must be outdoors. So I love seeing people I know try to do this starting January 1st and we live in Chicago. Have fun with that!
Yeah because you have to follow it 100% by the books no question
>The water thing is going to get someone killed at some point. Water needs are so variable and a smaller person could get water intoxication so fast doing hard workouts and only plain water.
True, they need to nourish there body with soda instead like the rest of you
>I'm going for the "7-day soft" where I sit on comfy surfaces in cosy jammies eating soft whip and or soft carbs (fluffy bread, delicious tacos) for 7 days straight x

/u/ReginaPhelange528 unless you weigh 50 lbs or less (and I know you don't), you're not going to get water intoxication from drinking one gallon of water throughout the day. Not even remotely close.
If you have zero self-control, which you probably don't bc ur fat, you can get those gallon water bottles with timed markings on the side so remind you the bottle should be at that level at around that time.

That bottle is fatphobic because it suggests you should be drinking water in the morning instead of an XL Starbucks latte

Co-worker is doing 75 hard right now. One of the workouts is just 45 minutes of walking, which ain't exactly delta force selection but better than nothing.
Lifts in the morning and walks at lunch.
Lost 20lbs+ so far

90 minutes of exercise a day sounds like a lot but I assume just walking counts.

90 minutes of exercise a day isn't that much.
I get an hour in 4 days a week with my gym routine already and they even let you count fake exercises like walking and yoga.
This is just more fatty cope that anything resembling a healthy life style is actually some sort of disorder.

I can't ping /u/UnlikelyDecision9820 because some kind of limit but these fatties need to be reminded that walking isn't really exercise lmao. I mean maybe if you do it for 2+ hours you could consider it mild exercise, but I guarantee they're going for a 20-minute walk around the block. That ain't shit.
You know what I call it when I go for a nice walk around lunchtime and another one after work? I call it a day off bc it's not exercise.
fitbit and phone apps tracking daily steps has led us to this.

Dog walks are rarely brisk enough to count anyway. Unless your dog wants to munch children or you're dragging it along the dog is going to regularly stop to sniff things or just enjoy looking around.

The only point you'll ever have is that you represent the sad, fedora-wearing, bloated face of capitalism in the 21st century.
