Human beings were never designed to eat three meals a day and if you do you are a gross fatass regardless of your weight

All the "but I need it to work" shit is fricking stupid, I work ten hour shifts in the 90+ degree heat without eating a single thing. If you feel lightheaded just drink a energy drink, it very simple.

Honestly even two meals a day is too much for your average burger. Just eat one and stop being so whiny.

It's been 40 hour since I've last eaten anything and I still feel perfectly fine
