How to get a guy to go on a date with you???

There's this guy that I really like, how do I get him to go on a date with me? I feel like I'm stuck in the friendzone right now, and I want him to see me as a potential partner rather than a friend. I don't need him to fall for me or anything, I just want him to find me attractive :marseycrying:

To be fair, women can't get every man they want to date them, so there's also likely lowering of standards required. Between their looks, personality and standing, a woman can not be dating due to not being willing to aim from the pool of actual potential partners.
