I guess I should explain that I have CPTSD, POTS, ME/CFS, hEDS, MCAS, some general anxiety issues, and suspected autism. The big risks I'm taking here are with POTS, ME/CFS, and hEDS. POTS could make me pass out suddenly at any time but especially during standing, walking, or jogging. With ME/CFS I have to be super careful while budgeting my energy because if I overdo it I'll get post exertional malaise and get sick for 2-6 days. With hEDS, I need to make sure I don't hurt myself as I can dislocate things easily
