the idea that doctors should have to be ok with seeing human bodies as part of their role is slowly dying off because absolutely everything has to be about consent and harassment. I noticed recently that in the UK if you apply for a doctor's appointment it asks you for your symptoms and asks you to include photographs of any visible symptoms, but it also says in big letters "DO NOT SEND PHOTOS OF BREASTS OR GENITALS THAT IS SEXUAL HARASSMENT"
