not so much insufferable as just not horny enough, they need to feel like they're yielding to someone's desires while being secure in their passive appraiser role because she can always tease him and he always makes a palpable effort to win her. they would enjoy being seduced by a woman and getting to be a spoiled princess with them but that doesn't happen in real life, so they accept men's bodies for what they are and make the best of it.
