I'm still learning how to cook with the wood stove. It's a learning curve so not my best pizza. My dough didn't rise perfectly either, but still tasty.

That looks like it needs a bit of top heat. The roof of the oven is super radiant so getting it up the top to finish will improve it 100%
Dough is practice, just keep it warm n damp and let it grow

I'll have to try that when I get my pizza oven built out this summer. This is actually just an old fashioned wood stove that I'm using for cooking and heating. Not sure if there is a way to redirect the heat on it yet since I'm still new.

Just put the pizzapan on top of an upsidedown oven proof pot so it sits near the roof for a minute or two
