With Bang energy drinks ostensibly becoming harder to find, at least for a little bit, what are the best replacements? Monster Ultra offers the best flavor(s) I've had and still has low calories (though not quite zero, like bang), but has less than half the caffeine.

Coffee is usually it for me most days, but if I'm running on low sleep or don't feel great I find it to be a little hard on my stomach.

I'm pretty sure the main factor affecting coffee caffeine content is the species and the specific plant. The sublimation point of caffeine is quite high but it's extremely water soluble to the point where you can extract it as cold brew. If you really care about caffeine content you should drink concentrated cold brew or robusta like they do in vietnam, but it tastes like burnt tires without milk and sugar.

Done right it's not bad. Thats why viets put lechera in their coffee, but robusta is quite cheap if you can find an asian brand and has roughly twice the caffeine content as arabica. It's also the primary filler in cheap butt latinx preground espressro like Bustelo or Cafe la Llave, which is partially why those have such an aggressive flavor compared to something like folgers or dunkin.

Yeah, well maybe if you actually knew what you were talking about, you would know that the main factor affecting coffee caffeine content is the ROAST, you idiot. The sublimation point of caffeine has NOTHING to do with it. If you want to get technical, dark roasts have LESS caffeine because the beans are roasted longer and the caffeine is burned off. So if you really care about caffeine content, you should drink LIGHT roast coffee. But I'm guessing you don't really care about caffeine content, you just like to hear yourself talk.
