Freeze 2 bananas diced over night or 4 hours min

Put in food processor

Add milk or milk substitute for fat content and texture (eg. Coconut milk, almonds, soya etc.)

Blend until smooth in short bursts

Add toppings as you like (I added coconut flakes, roasted almonds and chocolate)

Have you seen those Ninja Ice Cream Makers?

They look cool:

Apparently you prep the day before and put the plastic cup in the freezer then after x hours you put it in the blender thing.

The banana is sweet enough for me imo. Any salt or sugar is purely up to you although I'd recommend adding them last.

You should try it with a tiny bit of salt next time. If you do it right, it won't have any "salty" taste to it at all. Just a tiny bit.
