Freeze 2 bananas diced over night or 4 hours min
Put in food processor
Add milk or milk substitute for fat content and texture (eg. Coconut milk, almonds, soya etc.)
Blend until smooth in short bursts
Add toppings as you like (I added coconut flakes, roasted almonds and chocolate)
Serve !

The banana is sweet enough for me imo. Any salt or sugar is purely up to you although I'd recommend adding them last.

You should try it with a tiny bit of salt next time. If you do it right, it won't have any "salty" taste to it at all. Just a tiny bit.
