This sounds like some yuropoor cope from someone who can't afford meat and only eats processed shit. When you're cooking real food you can use a decent amount of salt, which is a vital ingredient in your body making ATP, which is why people like salt.

Look, I don't like the idea of dramatards dropping dead from preventable diseases.

Go buy yourself some food grade potassium chloride, and mix as much as you can stand with your regular salt (probably 1 part kcl to 5-6 parts salt). The natural human diet had way more potassium than sodium, and it's fricking up that ratio that makes salt bad for you.
