The petty is from Takamura Uchigumo. The gyuto is Takeshi Saji. Re: german knives, the weight's off for me. I have big hands for a woman, but still smaller than a man's. Japanese ones fit better.
Fun fact: I bought that pan almost solely to cook eggs in the morning. It requires 0 added fat whereas I needed some on my All-Clad. Also the smallest pan I had was a 10” All-Clad copper core so the eggs would spread out quite a bit and require excess fat.
Do you want me to sear a steak on an 8” non stick or something?

I’m not going to say my quad rail is as light as a lo pro Mlok rail, but I’ve had so many issues with mlok and accessories interfering with the gas block I’ve pretty much sworn them off. The Daniel defense quad rails are lighter than you would expect since the barrel nut is 1/4 the the size you expect. The 13.9” mid profile barrel with the can is contributing waaaay more to weight up front. That’s why I balance it out with a big butt a in the back lol. Love this gun. Probably going to get the same acog that’s battery powered to work with my nods and stick an aimpoint acro on top of that

Interesting. Which gas block do you use? I use a tunable superlative arms block and after tuning buffer weight and gas release, its smooth. Also lets me switch “parts” and it still runs smooth with a slight shift in gas release.
Yes, lmfao. It makes massive fireballs with the vg6. I keep meaning to get a supressor and then get caught up with other random shit. @toats, either of yall got a rec?
I have some cool butt 4k vids of my friends and I shooting our “pistols” from a couple years ago but can’t post for multiple reasons.
The short barreled 5.56 always freaks me out, it's like getting repeatedly flashbanged.
Get the HUXWRX Flow 5.56. It has super low back pressure so you won't get a bunch of gas out of the ejection port and you won't have to change your gas settings. It'll sound quieter to you than any other suppressor on the market.
Ya he seemed a little neurodivergent. I looked thru his post history when I saw the post originally and he’s not a dumb guy, just got bored and curious lol. Still better content than the rest of the sub.
Im sorry you’re poor. I have Le Creuset and Staub dutch ovens, Smithey cast iron, and the full All Clad copper core set. This pan was bought solely for eggs (some other small uses).
No I don’t need most of this stuff lol. Ive literally never even touched this.
I do meal prep though. I eat 1lb lean protein a day so slow cooking cheaper cuts in the dutch ovens is nice. Having 2 5.5qt lets me cook 3-4 lb meat in each and gives some variety.
You should consider selling or donating the ones you currently don't use because chances are you'll never end up using them unless you get really into cooking. Also, post your favorite recipe.
Hm, give me a cuisine or something to go off of? I have been back to meal prepping boring stuff bc an r-slur ran into me on my motorcycle otw to the gym in March and I had to have a plate put in my arm. Hurt like heck and I couldn’t work out or run for 2 months so I gained like 10 lb net due to drinking.

Just do some basic research. I don’t use anything abrasive on the non stick. I don’t even allow it to go above 300f. I wipe clean with a paper towel and water. So there is literally 0 chance of the coating coming off. Also that’s why I bought an expensive non stick, cheaper ones are not bonded to the surface as well and may flake off microscopically.
Also that’s not you being neurodivergent. You’re being rational. I also use 0 plastic in cooking, food storage, etc. last time I drank out of a plastic bottle was in Europe and that’s bc there was no other choice.
