>Former Michelin chef

>I don't and never really used spices while cooking

Does this neighbor think that 'spice' is limited to Lawry's seasoned salt and chili? Did he not use rosemary, basil, thyme, peppers, coriander, parsley, oregano, mustard, garlic, chives or any other dried herbs while cooking in his restaurant?

I get the feeling this guy's r-slurred

Never share your secrets, especially if you made money off it. Tell white people to make bland food so they pay $300 a plate at your restaurant

No matter the content, editing and cadence of voice make it a painful experience.

I watched it regardless, and it was what I expected. Mostly biased bullshit.

The only funny, interesting and insightful thing in that video was how dude absolutely avoided the meat quality and spoilage issue.

Otherwise mang, is this r-slurred. Especially showing a plate of fricking potatoes with parsley 8 times and saying that it's unseasoned and then that it's incredibly privileged to cook like that. Or the distinction this mongoloid makes at the 8:05 mark, where he distinguishes between flavorful ingredients and 'spices', the latter being dried and ground up ingredients. In conclusion - I hate him and would firebomb his house.
