I have no idea what arugula is. Whenever I see/hear it, I think of American Psycho.

Shit tier, literally just. Your body does not need this. Tastes good though.
S-tier, great
C at best, probably D. Taste wise shit tier what are you thinking?
If buffalo, A-tier. Otherwise down to B. Fior di latte is for poorcels.
B-tier. S-tier taste. Upgrade to apple cider vinegar to achieve full S.
Additional point for not using sneed oils, make sure it's a legit EVOO.
I rate this C-tier in terms of nutrition and A-tier in taste because I'm kind and will just pretend you didn't put peaches on there. Add tomatoes instead.

Balsamic glaze? Is that different than balsamic vinegar?

Yes I didnt know that when I made it the first time until my friend told me
It's basically balsamic vinegar with some sugar to thicken it, usually sold above the oils/vinegar at nicer grocery stores

Hmm I think the sugar from the fruit would be enough, good to know it's not the same thing, thanks!

Yeah the one benefit is it's easier to put on the flatbread
first time it's like dunking it in water, v2 looks mucher cleaner and fancy
