Flatbread w/ arugula + peaches + mozzarella + balsamic glaze (recipe)

Recipe

  • fry some thin slices peaches with oil for a couple mins each side until browned a bit

  • lightly coat naan/flatbread with olive oil -> fry 2min on each side

  • after flipping bread once layer other side with arugula pesto while still in pan

  • layer on slices of mozzarella cheese from mozza ball

  • put on peaches + some arugula leaves (or basil leaves)

  • take out of pan

  • glaze with balsamic glaze

Yes I didnt know that when I made it the first time until my friend told me

It's basically balsamic vinegar with some sugar to thicken it, usually sold above the oils/vinegar at nicer grocery stores

Yeah the one benefit is it's easier to put on the flatbread

first time it's like dunking it in water, v2 looks mucher cleaner and fancy
