I ain't no insta photographer and it ain't a photogenic dish, but unripe jackfruit in coconut milk (with fried tofu) is my favorite Filipino dish

It's a type of curry but without :marseytunaktunak: spices just jackfruit + coconut milk + bagoong (essentially shrimp version of fish sauce) + onion, garlic and tomato. We like it with tofu fried after marinating in coconut milk and chili paste. @Redactor0

I'm risk averse but open to suggestion, tell me more. TBH if you're capable and willing I'm also in position to be partners with majority share and day to day management responsibilities.

We've been discerning the best path to be able to employ some of her cousins :marseyjewoftheorient: without risking long term stability.

Lechon or dinuguan would be my recommendations then, if you're down to deal with the gross starting ingredients it's a blood soup that comes out tasting like pork stew :marseylickinglips:

:marseylaughpoundfist: is Singapore even :marseychingchong: at that point? Food safety regulation is hardly a thing here, it's why I don't order anything raw at restaurants.

I prefer :duckdance: have you had salted duck eggs? They're a bit more expensive here but when I bother to eat breakfast it's always tomato+salted egg. :marseybeandrool:
