Is that guac on top? I thought about a 24 hour fast then eat whatever I want type of schedule, but working out kills that idea. I work out every day, so even if I have a rare "no workout" day, I am starving since my body is used to it ig. I used to be able to not eat to lose weight, but after I began working out years ago I am so darn hungry every day. I am also used to only eating one big meal and then just snackin.
Don't keep any prepared food other than hot peppers in the house. That way if you want to snack, you'll only have hot peppers. But then when it's time for your daily meal you can prepare something.
