Is that guac on top? I thought about a 24 hour fast then eat whatever I want type of schedule, but working out kills that idea. I work out every day, so even if I have a rare "no workout" day, I am starving since my body is used to it ig. I used to be able to not eat to lose weight, but after I began working out years ago I am so darn hungry every day. I am also used to only eating one big meal and then just snackin.

Don't keep any prepared :marseyscout: food other than hot peppers in the house. That way if you want to snack, you'll only have hot peppers. But then when it's time for your daily :marseydose: meal you can prepare something.
